If you are a licensed USA Hockey official and would like to officiate at the Kettle Moraine Ice Center please contact Peter Sumner.

West Bend will be hosting our Level 1 seminar and Level 2 in September 2023. Registration will open mid-July.

You must fill out both forms and contact Amy Wundrock before you will be assigned games.

Steps to become a USA Hockey official:

• Register as an Official with USA Hockey
• Complete your online modules and online exam
• Attend one of the officiating seminars throughout WI
• If over 18 complete SafeSport training
