Wreath Sale

This year we will once again be partnering with Heyden's Gardens to sell their holiday wreaths, swag and garlands made of the freshest quality greens! This year Heyden’s will be assembling everything in house, so wreath prices have remained the same as last year and some wreaths are even cheaper than previous years. This is a fast and easy way for you to earn your fundraising obligation money and additional funds for you and our association!

As a reminder those obligations are as follows:

·        $175 for the first skater 

·        $125 for the second skater 

·       $75 for the third and each additional skater(s) 

In this particular fundraiser, you can determine how much you made towards your fundraising obligations by adding your total profits from each item you sell. We have provided you with a chart that breaks that all down for you. Please understand, it is not based on your total sales overall. It is the profit you make from each individual item you sell. Once you reach your fundraising obligations, anything earned beyond that is split 50/50 with WCYHA. Your 50% is then added to your skater’s next seasons registration fees.

Fundraising obligations only apply for mite skaters and above. If you have a mini or a mighty, you can participate and 50/50 split applies right off the bat and anything you earn goes directly towards your future registration costs.

Important Ordering Information:

·     Order Window is now until the end of the day Tuesday, October 22. Late orders will not be accepted.

·     There is a box outside of the rink manager's office to drop off orders and payments any time before or on the due date listed above.

·     PLEASE NO CASH!!!!! Check only, made out to WCYHA.

·     All sales are final and no warranty after they are picked up. 

·     No returns on any product.

·     No early pick-ups

·     Wreath pick – up, date and time will be on the evening of Wednesday, November 20. No early pick-ups.
